How do I place an order?

What payment methods do Lafi accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards for secure and convenient payments. Also we have Tabby and Tamara for flexible options too.

What is Lafi's geographical coverage?

Currently, we are ready to serve you wherever in the United Arab Emirates, soon we wil be in other GCC country!

How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee is flat fixed at 50 AED for all deliverable locations, it will be added at checkout.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability, in general between 1-2 days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We provide order tracking information once your order is dispatched. You can monitor the status on our website.

What is your return policy?
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to share your feedback.
  • Returns and Refunds are not possible due to the nature of products, unless not delivered yet.
How do refunds work?

Upon order cancellation, refund will be processed within 14 days to the bank card used.
