We through our website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.

 

2. Pricing and Payment:

  • All prices listed on our website are in Arab Emirati Dirham (AED).
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payment methods accepted is online payment using any of your eligible bank cards.

 

3. Order Process:

  • To place an order, select desired items, and proceed to checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Order changes are accepted if not dispatched already.
  • Order cancellations are accepted if not delivered already.

 

4. Delivery and Shipping:

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability, in general between 1-2 days.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Same day delivery is not possible currently.
  • Delivery cost is flat fixed at 50 AED to all deliverable locations.
  • Currently, we delivery through third-party agent to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah.

6. Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns and Refunds are not possible due to the nature of products, unless not delivered yet.
  • Upon order cancellation, refund will be processed within 14 days to the bank card used.
